Wedding Photography

Have any of you had any experiance with it? I am going to be doing some this summer and want to know some tips and tricks to getting amazing shots. How do you approach it? do you stay far away and get lots of candid shots? do you approach people and ask them to pose? do you use lots of flash? let me know. thanks.
